Our client, a leading international humanitarian organization, has supported various communities in improving public health and education across various geographies.
They are working closely with various government stakeholders, donors to scale up the key public health parameters, and are are developing framework/workstream to oversee how successful its implementation can be across select states in India and internationally.
Few of the Indicators:
a. Maternity
b. Nutrition
c. Family planning
In respects to which are looking to engage with a Senior Strategy Consultant who will lead in designing and developing key workstreams for the programme.
Key Deliverables:
1. Preparation and planning framework - Ideation, R&D of the programme
will help identify the specific innovation bundles that can yield maximum impact on
a standalone basis, and what enablers they need in order to succeed
2, The goal is to have the scaling pathways defined for the prioritised innovations,
and experiments designed during this scope of work (SoW) so that these can be
tested in early 2022
3. The geographic focus of the scaling pathways will be the rest of India and other
LEAD geographies in the near term, with a potential to look at other regions
(e.g., Latin America) at a later date
Skills Required
1. Prior experience working in the development/public health sector is a must.
2. Hands-on experience of working with a leading consulting firm
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Good communication and Analytical skills
