enable discussions and buy-in from the solutions drivers. This is a key step before
moving the innovations forward to the to the PoC stage
Project lead will work with Public health expert on following deliverables:
Deliverables:
1. Create a simple view of the customer / beneficiary journey across the various elements of the Bihar model
a. This would include all the sub components of the Bihar model
2. Highlight the challenges to scale and overall risks
involved
3. Conduct Brainstorming Session to evaluate long list of potential solutions to some of the key risks and challenges identified
4. Adopt a truncated design thinking process to shortlist ideas
6. Adopt a DFV (desirability, feasibility and viability) lens to finalise the list of solutions or mitigants
