Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Insurance Company, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Agency Sales for new Agent onboarding. The client wants Agency sales trainers in life insurance with 1 yr project management experience and good presentation skills The consultant would be responsible for Agency Sales, Life Insurance Products, Product Mix and Market knowledge.

Key Deliverables:

- Creating an effective New Agent Onboarding process to improve full efficiency and build capabilities;
- New Agent Application to licensing throughput Process efficiency optimization;
- New Agent Engagement and blended roadmap for implementation and adoption;
- New Agent Activity and Productivity measurement

Skills Required

- Graduate with 1 year of Project Management experience;
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Creation skills;
- Understanding on Analytics;
- Collaborative and have persuasive nature;
- Certification on Excel/ Project Management
