Assignment Details

Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking to engage with a Consultant: Agency Sales Strategy for a 6 months project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Sales ales and sales support in Life Insurance;
- Go live of branches;
- Follow up on manpower hiring;
- Process for distribution creation;
- Work with Ops team for self-service capability;
- Work closely on strategy for negative branches with a clear understanding of past data.

Note: This is a 6 months project (with the possibility of getting extended basis performance) with full-time capacity. The project can be both Onsite (Mumbai)/ Remote.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in agency sales strategy/ insurance company is preferred;
- MBA Efficient and professional in running excel, PowerPoint and word;
- Prior experience in Project Management is a must
- 4-5 years of experience in sales, strategy & project management is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Problem solving & detail-oriented
