Leading Indian Consumer Healthcare player
Our client, a leading Indian Consumer Healthcare player, is looking for an ex startup founder or a consultant who deeply understands the D2C space in India to help them assess a venture they are looking to invest in the skincare and make-up space.
The role will involve:
1. Assessing the skincare and makeup market in India to
- understand growth drivers
- competitors, their business model, and trajectory
- Identifying potential opportunities and gaps in the market to support the investment thesis.
2. Helping get a sense of what it will take to build a strong D2C brand and business in the next 3 years
- Mapping key success factors for how a strong D2C brand can be built and quick case studies of how others have done this
- Key challenges to expect
3. Outline a broad business plan for the venture for the next 3 years, with a focus on the investment needed to scale and the type of revenues that can be achieved.
4. Problem solve with the senior team at the client to determine key insights and participate in the overall decision on how to proceed.
This project would require Full-Time capacity for the duration of 1 month.
1. An ex startup founder who has built a strong D2C or personal care brand is a must.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize well.
3. Well networked in the startup and D2C space.
