Assignment Details

Our client, a leading provider of financing solutions is looking for a Senior Consultant and a Junior Consultant to support the PMO function and perform the following set of deliverables:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine strategies for the PMO office in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives
- Oversee the PMO function to effectively manage projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, risk assessment, and adherence to quality standards.
- Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, to understand requirements, communicate project progress, and address any concerns or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with established objectives.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of implemented strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency within the PMO function

Skills Required

- Relevant experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a focus on the BFSI sector and exposure to the Big 4 consulting firms.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
