Assignment Details

Our client is a leading healthcare technology platform. They are looking to engage with a consultant to drive the business processes. As a consultant you will be highly visible and will work closely with the Founders to map out key processes and flows between various stakeholders in the Indian healthcare system.

As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to analyse and re-design key business processes for customers and implement the same on the company’s platform to drive efficiency and gains for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal teams, and clients to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows across provider, payers, TPAs etc
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs and conduct key user interviews to understand customer expectations
• Development of clear and detailed process maps which will solve specific pain points for customers
• Provide key inputs on product features and improvements based on customer surveys to Engineering and Product teams
• Documentation of key processes and workflows which will act as input to the technology platform
• Identify opportunities to increase the client feature adoption and develop new sources of monetization

Location: Bangalore

Skills Required

• At least 3-8 years of experience as an Analyst on large technology related projects (e.g. ERP implementation )
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
• Strong business/client engagement skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
• Experience developing business requirements
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
• High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
