Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a consultant who will be the conduit between the product design and development team (and related stakeholders), and the user/customers, and directly work with the CEO in driving the growth outcome by creating the best in class engagement products ground up and plays a key role in the design of the strategy roadmap and its successful implementation.
-Direct support to the CEO in strategic priorities and help take business decisions.
-Define priority areas and key engagements; develop and the Vision, Values & Strategic Imperatives
-Design and oversee strategy roadmap, working with partner teams and find synergies with other teams. Define and map the users of significance.
-Creating channels and mediums for inputs and feedback to flow from users and build processes to address it in defined TAT.
-Guide design team and related stakeholders to balance user experience with product functionality for best outcome.
-Partner with tech experts and specialists to maximize the outcome for user experience
-Build and sustain executive external networks that are of strategically value to BreatheFree and stay updated on evolving trends and events of importance
-Shape and build a high-performance culture that provides challenging yet empowering work environment, drives external orientation for customer focus, competitive insights and benchmarking, while also providing for innovation and growth.
-At least 7-9 years in building products/product management
-Ability to build as well as lead growth and experience of end-to-end product delivery
-Comfortable with working in ambiguity and experience in exploring and developing avenues new spaces for growth, led by primary research and design explorations. Experience with customer insights through user experience and analysis of trends.
-Proven success with working in green field environment
-Ability to lead people and teams, influence senior and external stakeholders
-Prior experience to pharma/health tech start-ups is preferred
-Understanding of A/B, multi-variate testing
-Experience with performance, digital, growth marketing
-Exposure to UX and design is a must
