Assignment Details

Our client, a leading pharma company is looking to engage with a Brand Manager.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :-

1. Lead the EVP launch and sustenance plan for next 6 months.
2. Coordinate with external agencies delivering the copy, content & design of all launch collaterals.
3. Coordinate with global HR & admin teams for launch related logistics.
4. Prepare a detailed, week wise project plan to manage the minute details of the EVP launch.
5. Ensure all activities get carried out timely with highest quality and efficiency.
6. Connect all dots as the project manager and report back with a step-by-step plan on execution.
7. Capture feedback and effectiveness of all launch activities to make necessary pivots to the plan.
8. Stick to the approved budget of the launch and sustenance plan.
9.Create Dashboards on the project.

• Project Managment skills
Media Understanding
• Excellent Media Relations
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Networking skills, managing multiple partners like web, creative, PR agencies, etc.
• Experience in Digital Media
• Networking and influencing skills. To be able to work with multiple stakeholders
• To be able to work under pressure
• Experience in digital & social media would be a bonus.
