Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG player, is looking for an operations consultant.
The following would be the project deliverables :-

- Managing the accounting and claim settlements with the customer to ensure clean accounting
- To land the network of OPS, Visibilities and other activities on time
- To engage with internal commercial/COE team for pricing, master maintenance, OPS code release process etc periodically
- The person would be responsible for leading and closing all operational work and day to day tasks with the customers
- The Consultant manages contact with various key decision makers across the hierarchy in the Cash and Carry customers that he is handling.

Skills Required

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with senior C-suite stakeholders
- Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
