Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engaged with a Creative & Strategy Consultant.
Key Deliverables:
1. The candidate should be a trend spotter and be able to craft content which will be on trend and aligned to the brand Tone
of Voice and brand positioning.
2. Person should have a view and recommendations on innovations/concepts that brand must undertake to meet its ambition
of being the No.1 Styling brand in the country.
3. The candidate will craft content strategy and write content as per platform and brand requirement with brand team.
Ask A Stylist:
Candidate will work with content agency for:
1. Strategize the content approach and identify right pillars
2. Help find right talent (Influencers / Stylists / models) for the shoot basis brand fit and stature
3. create and manage annual content calendar with topics for each video
4. Vet/co-create content scripts and align them as per brand guidelines. Write content where needed.
5. Supervise and own pre-production , production and post production and the content delivery with the agency.
6. Person will be responsible for all the content( copy + Visuals) that will be on the platform as well as assets that would be
created for traffic driving and buzz creation.
Style collective
1. For style collective the candidate should also strategize and come back with a proposal of what the collective should do in
short term and long term
2. Co create the blue print for the collective with the brand team and establish how will the collective build back to the brands
credentials?
3. Identify right stylists, designers, etc to be part of the collective and bring them onboard
4. Will lead and execute the style collective initiatives(presence in event like Lakme Fashion Week , partnerships, workshops,
etc) with the brand and partner agencies
Others:
1. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (various agencies, partners and brand team) and ensure project deliverables and
timelines are met
2. Ability to encourage and motivate partners to get the best output from them
3. Should be open to travel for work as needed and open to visit office / other locations for in person meetings / discussions
- Prior experience in marketing strategy, creative marketing and brand is required;
- Prior experience in FMCG is preferred
