Our client, a leading global FMCG firm, is looking to engage with a Brand Consultant who can help them with their marketing communications, and business performance & planning aspects for one of their brands.
Following is the scope of work-
1) Primary piece of work will be with R&D for formulation (not for all products, but in some we might look to change formulations because industry has moved from where we were or because we want to build something from scratch – eg. serum - how should it feel and look, what texture should it have)
2) Second piece is around packaging – we may want to refresh or introduce fresh packaging design. Key job will be to ensure our packaging connotes what we want to communicate and ensure that our packaging reflects our brand purpose etc
3) Third and most important will be communication of the ad of our brands – consultant will have to work on the idea behind the ad, work with agency to identify what is the TG, what do we want to communicate and how should we do it, will have to work through the entire lifecycle - make the ad, test the ad etc.
Duration- 6-8 months (extendable up to a year)
Capacity- Preferred is 4-5 days/week
- Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
- FMCG experience preferred
- Have strong track record of consistency in market delivery
- Have great project management and business process design skills
- Have strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with senior C-suite stakeholders.
