Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Digital Manufacturing Expert/ Digital Transformation Expert from a Supply Chain background for a 4-5 months remote project.

Key Deliverables:

1) Gap analysis (w.r.t Digital Manufacturing) of top 10 strategic CM sites
2) PMO lead for running the CM digitization program for above sites
3) Standardization of data collection templates from CM’s and support in data engineering
4) Finalizing Fit for Purpose use cases for CM’s
5) Finalizing Fit for purpose digital architecture (eg. Azure cloud vs local servers etc.)
6) Scouting for and Evaluating vendor base for development of CM use cases.
7) Lead development of key modules (Loss capturing systems, Energy Management System, Process capability etc.) along with our vendor partners.
8) Business case finalization and approval for CM digitization.
9) Leading execution of above program through a structured approach and governance mechanism.

Note: This is a 4-5 months remote project with part time capacity.

Skills Required

1) Manufacturing skills
2) Development cycle for IT related projects
3) Knowledge on data sources (SAP, PLC, MES etc.) and connectivity to cloud
4) Data engineering and data science
5) Business case preparations
6) Working knowledge in coding, Power BI dashboards etc.
7) Governance of big projects
8) Should have experience in- Running manufacturing operations, Digital Manufacturing & Leading development of IT related projects for driving specific business outcomes.
