Assignment Details

Our Client is a leading FMCG company and they are looking to engage with an Analytics Manager for the Connected Stores with interest in Technology and Analytics, customer marketing experience.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

Category Insights and Retailer specific plans -
o Evaluate POS data and share category specific insights on offtake trends, price variations, launch tractions monthly.
o Help in designing and automating dashboards to be used by category teams to access market share based on pos data
o Develop retailer specific promo strategic plans to drive efficient growth / assortment
o Promotion Evaluation - Measure and review performance

Vendor Management -
o Create & maintain positive business relationship with the vendor by driving their objectives
o Develop and manage good communication & engagement on a day-to-day basis
o Lead customer’s agenda, drive agreed KPIs & SLAs
o Ensure delivery on the agreed terms
o Manage & anchor all synergy or change led transitions between both the organizations

Input & Output -
o Lead, resolve/build for all operational support required by the customer
o Identify new opportunities, drive frontend execution /to increase usage for POS
o Automate data flow using SQL / R / Python
o Use interactive Power Bi dashboards to visualize data insights in new effective ways
o Driving core KPIs & SLAs

Metrics -
o Network management & anchor all joint transitions end to end
o POS machine adoption at stores
o Drive promo utilization to the stores to increase customer footfall
o POS analytical capabilities for key stakeholders
o POS data led savings

Please note that this is an Onsite (Mumbai) based project and the consultant is required to be present full time in Mumbai for the project duration.

Skills Required

- MBA /Master’s degree in statistics / Data science
- Understanding of panel data like market share, VWD, NUMD, etc
- Strong on analytics quantitative and qualitative
- Analytical skills – Advance Excel / SQL / R / Python
- Visualization skills - Power Bi, Tableau
- Owner’s mindset, passionate and agility
- Always exploring opportunities, experimentation
- Self-motivated with analytical rigor
- Experience in leading teams
- Data insights expert, preferred someone who has experience in field operation
to understand ground reality as well as in business analytics
