Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is onboarding Sr. Manager Manufacturing and Engineering for their beauty brand.

Key Deliverables include:
• Ensure all appropriate regulatory safety requirements are incorporated into the design and delivery of projects
• Leverage world class engineering expertise and industry standards to deliver supply chain capability that creates competitive advantage
• Deliver world class engineering solutions and support to R&D and local engineering teams including Sourcing Units
• Become the Supply Chain Engineering lead on major projects
• Plan, conduct and review major project trials and new product/technology developments inline with business and strategic needs
• Develop understanding of the machine/material interfaces, ensuring optimum solutions are delivered
• Leverage new and emerging technologies to provide smart efficient solutions to existing supply chain challenges
• Support the development of technical skill levels and knowledge within the wider business teams
• Engage with 3rd parties to develop cost effective affordable range designs to meet business needs
• For key packaging materials, support R&D in the development for innovations, ensuring that all aspects of SC have been considered and optimised.
• Faster speed to market for innovations by use of robotics, digital & automation
