Assignment Details

Our Client, a leading FMCG company, is looking to engage with a Consultant- Supply Chain Expert to lead the Direct to Store- Last mile transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Lead KPI Framework for Direct to Retail Operation E2E, Last mile optimization, E2E vendor accountability definition, Data and analytics for e2e operation.
-Manage end-to-end digitization of connected KPIs and LM Cost optimization.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders and come out with a comprehensive KPI framework, Understanding various operating models in Short distance transportation.

Skills Required

-Rich knowledge of supply chain management.
- Prior knowledge of Power BI, Python/VBA coding, and Network Optimization.
- Knowledge of Transport Management system
- Knowledge of Warehouse management system
- Knowledge of Network optimization.
