Our client, a leading Global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Change Management Lead/ Business Analyst for a 6 months project.
Key Deliverables:
- Liase and Lead Change Management & Deployment with the change leads/ network;
- Craft user journeys and concepts for user experiences for the digital system, business processes to ensure value, delight and adoption;
- Drive Adoption: Understand the business processes, business scenarios & roles - analyze how this can be performed on veeva - propose solutions and transfer gaps and opportunities to the design team. Monitor adoption and drive change actions with the change network;
- Drive Decision Making with relevant stakeholder Engagement. - Identify and ensure appropriate engagement with users and stakeholders. Evaluating risks for adoption and engaging regionally/ locally as relevant. Drive decision making and despite ‘challenges’ and adapt actions with Change leads;
-Training support – Support in the training with change needs translated into relevant learning needs – tailored for each scenario / role.
KPIs:
- Deliver Change & Communication Playbooks tailored for the business needs
- Successfully engage and drive deployment plan with the change leads
- Establish as fully knowledgeable on as-is vs to-be process – be able to identify solutions to manage the business solutions and support design team on business requirements translation into design technical solution.
Note: This is a 6 months project which requires full time capacity. (Onsite- Bangalore or Remote support)
- Consumer Goods background/ showcasing ability to get into shoes of our users and land business value messaging;
- Stakeholder management & influencing demonstrated with superb communication / engagement;
- Proven experience in global change projects successfully;
- Prior experience in change management: Devising solutions with creativity, courage and pragmatism;
- Be able to understand business users needs and craft targeted change management solutions / communications across a complex set of users;
- Stellar communication skills: face to face and virtual, confident to face a stage and improvise, for example;
- Be driven by delivery and being able to adapt plans based on business changes to make it happen;
- Learning & Adaptability – having a keen sense of business needs and direction and being able to pivot. Learn constantly and constantly adapt
