Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a consultant, R&D Specialist.
The scope of work would include-
- Beauty formulations currently being made at Elida Beauty strategic suppliers
- Beauty formulations currently in scope of a supply chain project to move to strategic
suppliers
- Beauty formulations at a Unilever SU which are experience RM crises

Deliverables:
1. Duplication of RMs and potential for harmonization
2. Local/alternative suppliers of RMs to drive savings or business continuity benefits
3. Any formulation harmonization or chassis changes which would drive savings
4. A business case for the proposed changes

Skills Required

-Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
