Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG firm is looking to engage with a R&D Consultant to handle Oral care pilot plant & lab operations + project support.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Resolution of formulation related issues in close working with technical teams.
- Work with the global and regional multifunctional teams for successful implementation of innovation & saving projects and support the work required for the implementation of the proposals globally.
- Provide support in development of the understanding of the technologies, operating scientific/digital/Automatic/Semi Automatic machine, carrying out daily checks for machines and maintaining history cards.
- Execution of Pilot Plant batches to meet delivery schedule/project network – End to End Operation and Lab process
- Understanding and reporting critical trial data to Formulations design/processing teams
- Adherence to GMP, ISO, FWS, Safety protocols and Hygiene standards in the plant
- Documents and record maintenance of the trial
- After process, complete logistics handling support for dispatch of samples from plant.
- Labeling, coding, packing, handling of samples

Skills Required

- Education Qualification preferred - B Tech/ BSc (Chemistry)/ Chemical Engineer
- Candidates with experience in FMCG/Oral Care category will be preferred.
- Software skills and working knowledge of Operational systems like LIMS, MS office, SAP.
- Understanding in Product Innovations, Clinical Trials, Safety and Hygiene Guidelines is a must.
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform high-level data analysis.
