Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Consultant who can help them in designing consumer journey end to end.

Key Deliverables:

- Understand the requirements in the new joiner talent integration journey (research has been completed internally);
- Connect with leaders from multiple functions to get their POV on the design elements of the journey;
-Understand organization's plans and convert them into actionable – to create the end-to-end talent integration journey;
- Work with a vendor partner to bring the talent integration journey to life (should have bias for action);
- Responsible for designing user/ consumer journey end to end;
- Responsible to improve business processes and coordinating with multiple vendors for seamless consumer journey experience;

Skills Required

- 8+ years of experience in designing and executing end to end user experience is preferred;
- Prior experience working as product manager/ project manager;
-Well versed in vendor interaction and multiple stakeholder management;
- Detail oriented and problem solving;
