Assignment Details

Our client is the leading FMCG Firm and they are looking to engage with a HR Talent Acquisition resource with expertise in sourcing Digital Marketing profiles.

Roles and responsibilities:
- In the role, the person will have to do end to end recruitment for all vacancies at junior and mid-management levels
- The person will be expected to understand different direct sourcing platforms and recruit through those and if needed also engage agencies to help fill vacancies under a limited TAT
- The role is a 6 months contract for the time being but there’s a possibility of extension for longer basis performance and utility of this model
- The person will be expected to be the single point of contact for the HRBPs in Marketing.

Skills Required

- 4-7 years of experience in recruiting for digital marketing talent in other leading FMCGs and new age start ups
- Person should be comfortable with sourcing talent from LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs and similar platforms
- Good communication skills
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders efficiently
