Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG organization, is looking to engage with an HR consultant for their talent acquisition work. The consultant would be required to do talent acquisition/ recruitment in FMCG set up. It is a heavy recruitment role.

Key Deliverables:

- Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment;
- Manage recruitment process and hiring in FMCG setup;
- Manage complete TA function for various roles;
- End to end recruitment work for hiring;
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing need;
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks;
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews;
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Skills Required

- Prior experience in end to end recruitment is preferred;
- Prior experience in recruitment in FMCG setup is preferred;
- Working knowledge of sourcing platforms is needed;
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
