Assignment Details

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a Consultant - HR Generalist.

Following would be the key responsibilities-

1. Manage talent acquisition activities in collaboration with the talent advisor.
2. Managing onboarding activities and performing end to end coordination and execution of training programs.
4. Generate HR Reports and assist in data analysis.
5. Expenses & Incentive management: handle all post/pre-event payments and input monthly incentives for all sales employees.
6. Create and distribute internal communications.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR policies and systems
• Ability to design & create communication content.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
