Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG organization, is looking to engage with a Consultant in the domain of Learning and Capabilities. The consultant would be required to support the Learning and Development Agenda for the organization.

Key Deliverables:

- Develop and execute learning interventions for marketing teams across business groups;
- Liaise with internal stakeholders identify training needs, design interventions for each cohort;
- Initiate post intervention feedback and discussion around learning modules and effectiveness.

Note: This is 6-12 months project with part time capacity and 3 days a week from Mumbai Office is required.

Skills Required

- 3+ experience in L&D, T&D is required,
- Experience with EdTech Firms is preferred;
-Well versed with coaching and designing training modules, content etc.
- Problem Solving and Detail oriented.
