Assignment Details

The client is a leading global automobile manufacturer that is looking for a Business HR consultant. This would require the consultant to join immediately on the project.

Purpose of the Position -
To design and deploy special projects for the Passenger Vehicles business unit (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care).

Dimensions of the Position-
Projects will span across all verticals of HR – Talent Management , Succession Planning, Learning & Development, Engagement, Dealership HR processes, Diversity, Org structure, Performance Management and IDP.

Following are the key responsibilities for the role-
* To design and deploy projects on HR processes for the network of dealerships across the vehicle business.
* To support and drive projects associated with Job evaluation, IDP creation, audit, Job rotations, etc.
* To drive key projects on Talent Management, Learning, and Development, Performance Management for PV Commercial that are driven from Corporate.
* To be instrumental in driving engagement and communication amongst employees.
* To support the Business HR team in designing and driving key initiatives within the company.
* To own end-to-end project management of key initiatives taken by the team with results.

* Only female candidates are required

Skills Required

- Excellent interpersonal skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally
- Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
-Driving change, Conceptualization, Influencing & Strong Interpersonal skills
- Well Versed with MS Excel and PowerPoint
