The Role:
The role would involve working on a variety of key Business Strategy projects for the company.
We are looking for an individual who can strike the right balance between strategic planning and execution and is an excellent problem solver. The role will provide exposure to programs and projects which entail the entire strategy lifecycle starting from creating hypotheses, validating those hypotheses through both qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, business case development and recommendations to solve critical business problems.
Work Location-Remote Working and would involve travel occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Role will required ability to drive strategic thinking and design of initiatives across multiple areas for e.g. sales pull strategy, marketing strategy, BTL activation, Location strategy and location selection process
Strategic thinking ability at fast pace will be key
Stakeholder and change management will be crucial given that in many initiatives it will require working with the specific functional teams - it will need strong influencing skills
Ability to take projects from design to development/ execution and hence require strong project management capabilities
Ideating around new value propositions, development of pilot and running and tracking of pilots
You will be expected to have Strategic thinking, project management, delivery and strong analytics skills
Structure & story line the problem, define methodology to approach the problem, create implementation roadmap and enable execution
Evaluate the performance of current business operations and recommend strategies and solutions to achieve business goals
Candidate Profile:
● Consulting and/ or start up experience; enough of strategic projects design experience and some operational/ project management experience; consumer and/or retail related experience would be good to have
● MBA from Tier 1 institute with minimum 2 years of expertise
● Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to device strategy
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
Experience level into Strategy - 2 yrs to 5 yrs experience only.

We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
