Assignment Details

Our client a leading multinational pharmaceutical company is looking to onboard a Consultant- Packaging Sustainability to support ISC sustainability agenda.

Key Responsibilities includes:
• Primary point of contact with internal stakeholders & active CMO’s for packaging data collection.
• Maintain up to date packaging data repository for the active SKU’s.
• Support strategic goal for increasing packaging sustainability in the ISC region.
• Cross functional collaboration & support to implement & scaleup packaging sustainability projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify packaging improvement opportunities aligned with the program goals.
• Support packaging improvement projects including the identification of technical solutions and relevant partners and the measurement of sustainability characteristics.
• Manage and track progress of key initiatives of the program.
• Conduct competition packaging benchmarking & provide detailed report.

The requirement is based out of the Gurgaon office

Skills Required

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the packaging development domain.
• Qualification: PGDP/Masters in Packaging Technology.
• Well verse in sustainability best practices, specific knowledge of packaging materials, processes & recycling methods related to packaging.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates inclusive behavior that cultivates high morale & a strong interactive culture.
• Strong presentation & oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong research and quantitative analysis skills.
• Self-motivated & energetic.
• Ability to pull relevant information from relevant cross functional teams & CMO’s to drive sustainability agenda.
• Competent computer skills (e.g. Excel, PBI Dashboard, Word, PowerPoint & Data Analytical Capability)
