Assignment Details

Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a seasoned supply chain expert who can -

1. Map our supply chain and analyse its performance on key parameters incl. average stock at different points in the chain, working capital requirements etc. This analysis will be done across our supply chain - the client has a fully distributed network with 230+ centers spread across 135 cities in India and have 5+ warehouses. Currently 50% of medical stock gets shipped directly by Manufacturers to Centers and 50% is shipped to Warehouses and our Own SC team moves the stock to Centers using Milkruns etc.

2. Identify gaps in the supply chain and develop a strategy to optimise it - once the new configuration has been identified, implementation can be handled internally.
The supply chain diagnostic can be delivered remotely with few field visits upfront and some time in Hyderabad to meet the relevant stakeholders.

3. We are looking for a solid thinker to work closely with us, look at current state, map out ideal state, identify gaps and strategize the road map to get there.

Skills Required

- 5-10+ years of solid Supply Chain expertise i.e., should have managed complicated and efficient supply chains *Strategic and Analytical thinker
- Strong problem Solving skills
