Assignment Details

Our client a top tier management consulting firm is looking to engage with a Strategy Consultant experience in Tableau to independently work on diverse aspects across a range of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Exit survey:
o Developing thorough understanding of the project to help answer business questions such as how we should be thinking about data sharing, analysis, reporting on tableau, securities, text analysis etc.
 Connect automated data feeds from Qualtrics to tableau dashboards
 Setup role based securities on the server
o Will be working on project plans to execute across above and other aspects of the project
2. Business school and Recruiting surveys
o Survey programming in Qualtrics
o Delivering reporting for both the projects
3. Upward Feedback survey – Support on database updates and standard reporting
4. General other KRA – Would be managing requests on our inbox. Typical requests are around ad hoc reporting and analytics on our different people surveys
5. Evaluate project requirements based on collaboration with GPA team and other key internal stakeholders

Skills Required

• Prior Consulting experience.
• Highly skilled in Tableau (e.g., building dashboards, connecting to sources, setting up complex securities), Qualtrics and text analytics.
• Highly driven and self-motivated – Able to work on multiple workstreams and develop project plans with limited guidance and deliver high-quality output.
• Work-planning and solution building experience.
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders to understand priorities for dashboards and develop a roadmap.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques
