Our client, a leading management firm, is looking to engage with a Finance Operations Manager. Their current Financial systems are centered around a vendor package and supplemented by several custom solutions. They are looking for a consultant who is comfortable with financial systems and learns the existing products well enough to be the support lead.
Work involves:
1. Work with a team of financial executives toward the achievement of preset goals.
2. Approve third-party payments through accurate reconciliation of financial records.
3. Monitor and manage credit card payments and invoice payments.
4. Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
5. Manage account payables and receivables activities.
6. Supervise the daily operational tasks of the credit and collections team.
7. Develop and maintain financial statements for future reference.
8. Assist Senior Managers in financial management and reporting activities.
9. Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company.
10. Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
11. Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget.
This project requires Full-Time capacity for the duration of 12 months.
1. At least 4 years in Financial & Operations Management.
2. Strong background and work in Finance.
3. Charity accounting and annual reporting using SORP.
4. Budget development and oversight.
5. 4 plus years in bookkeeping.
