Assignment Details

Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm, is looking to engage with a Commercial Interior Designer.
The client has a long-range plan (LRP) - a bunch of initiatives, projects, and programs they want to run under it for the next 5 years.
While these programmes are set up, the Company is kickstarting a few things like creating a governance body (TMO team), figuring out how to run weekly/ monthly reviews on these programmes and helping the program teams and ensuring that they have the right metrics they need to track programme progress. They want to set up a physical room to drive project management initiatives. The room should have state-of-the-art tracking features (e.g., easy-to-review digital dashboards, infra to enable brainstorming, etc.)

TMO: Physical space in the campus
a) Reviewing and assessing of projects, ideating and thinking about future programmes
b) Room will be futuristic, the contractor will be expected to brainstorm ideas
c) Consultant will help to design the room and figure out what sort of digital elements need to be considered to promote collaboration (digital/physical)

Capacity: 1 day per week (could be 3 - 4 hours a week instead)
Location: Bangalore/open to working from client site
Duration: 3 - 4 weeks

Skills Required

Must have:
- 7 to 8 + years of relevant experience
- General commercial interior design experience, want someone who has worked with tech companies
- Facilities designers at tech companies
- Planned review rooms for tech companies
- Experience working in US and Europe
- Room design experience – looking to set up a transformation management office (TMO) so need someone who has done this previously.
- Languages: English, Hindi
