Key Responsibilities are:
1. Designing and executing Talent Acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire
the best talent
2. Keeping a clear view of short, medium and long term recruitment priorities.
3. Conceptualizing and implementing ideas to hire high quality talent
4. Participating in developing and holding team accountable for metrics that
measure effectiveness of Processes, candidate quality and candidate
experience/outcome.
5. Keeping abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing
techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-art recruiting practices.
Note: This project is based out of Bangalore.
1. Experience in hiring for technical roles
2. Demonstrable experience of leading high quality recruiting delivery
3. Ability to fill positions in a short period of time
4. Experience of understanding learning needs, translating into successful
solutions, and evaluation of solution.
