Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate and hire the
best talent
2. Lead screening for hiring for the organisation
3. Conceptualize and implement ideas to reach out to high quality talent
4. Leverage different sources to attract talent to optimize recruitment cost and
improve employer branding
5. Process manage the recruitment process for shortlisted candidates
1. Exhaustive experience of senior hiring in a development sector firm is preferred
2. Demonstrable experience of leading high quality recruiting delivery
3. Exceptional stakeholder management. Proven ability to influence management
as consultant and partner
4. Data driven, experienced at using data to inform TA team, HR colleagues and
business leaders to make evidence based decisions when identifying any
challenge or potential opportunities for improvement
5. Awareness and experience of deploying TA strategies and attraction methods
to support diverse hiring
