Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet foods is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities:
i) Administering various Employee Benefits.
ii) Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
iii) Manage the design and development of tools to assist Managers in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions
iv). Study legislation, market, arbitration decisions, to assess industry trends
v). Preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and HR policies
vi). Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees.
vii) Design, evaluate and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements

*The project will be for a duration of 4 months requiring Full Time capacity in Gurugram.

Skills Required

-Prior experience on compensation & reward for Sales team as well as been involved in Manpower planning in Mfg setup)
-Prior experience on the manpower efficiencies & HR transformation with the intent of bringing in best in class sales force & supporting function structure.
-Experience on Manpower and Sales Productivity along with Organization Design and Role Based Competencies
-Hands-on experience in creating /evaluating manpower productivity & evaluation of efficiency in Mfg direct Labour along with Sales team.
-ZBB experience is a must.
