Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet foods is looking to engage with a Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for developing and co-creating Demand side ZBB workstream processes based on formal ZBB SOPs prevalent in industry. Bring Outside in perspective on Cost optimization & help deliver the overall Saving/optimization agenda on the demand side of the business in the area of advertisement spends.

Key Work Deliverables:
➢ Develop a roadmap for Demand side ZBB Program starting from the spend visibility, baselining to Ambition setting with clear callout on the stage wise work & linkage to final delivery.
➢ Organize the design thinking workshops with Key Cost Owners to sharpen the benefits ambition across cost lines & identification of common agreed Saving goals
➢ Prepare, analysis & provide insights based on external benchmarks on functional & financial areas in the domain of Advertisement spends which will help to drive true baselining of cost & to establish aspirational value across each cost category
➢ Organize Value Targeting Workshops to leverage Functional levers to help identify Bottom up savings potential across each cost head based on internal & well as external analysis.
➢ Help in preparation & implementation of Cost templates for execution of ZBB initiative in the Demand side of business
➢ Help Design a governance structure including category owners to challenge budgets, control & monitor expenses with clear focus on achieving the time bound Cost saving targets
➢ Help established a Control tower for reporting & mentoring the saving in pre-decided cycle within the ZBB group as well as leadership team .

- Skilled in Cost optimization, budgeting
