Assignment Details

Our client, a multinational manufacturer of confectionery, pet food, and other food products, is looking for a consultant who can facilitate a workshop and cover the following topic:

- Why is cost saving important and ways to do it
- How are other companies improving P&L / bottom line
- Share industry benchmarks on competitor examples
- Ways to grow and improve profitability

The work shop will be on 13th October in Gurgaon

Skills Required

- Someone who has worked on optimization project , change management
- Has experience in saving project across FMCG industry
- EX CFO /GM/Director level person or some senior resource in business verticals
- Has handled some seminars/ meetings / workshops with senior leaders ( Our LT team would be attending this meeting)
- Good communicator
- Has clear understanding of business planning / FP&A planning / SNOP +
- Experience in Design thinking would be added advantage
