Our client, an American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet foods is looking to engage with a Consultant: Procurement Expert- Direct & Indirect Buying for a minimum 4 months project based out of Delhi NCR.
Key Deliverables:
The Consultant is required to work on the following:
- Direct & indirect buying; has an understanding of Prime cost movement;
- Would be working as commercial manager /procurement person;
- Cost optimization in the domain of Procurement and is well versed with vendor evaluation and quality check;
- Cost benchmarking of Key materials with market rates;
- Working on design to add value to the team in FMCG setup.
Note: This is 4 months project (onsite - Delhi NCR) and requires full-time capacity.
- Prior experience working as commercial manager/ procurement person in FMCG set up is preferred;
- Prior experience in direct and indirect buying, working knowledge of prime cost movement in the procurement domain is preferred;
- Prior experience in FMCG set up in related areas is preferred
- Someone who has been part of the core team who works on vendor evaluation & quality checks is a huge plus;
- ZBB experience is a must
