Project Details :
• Draw up the list of unique roles for evaluation. Understand the organization, grade structure & role details. Draw up job descriptions where necessary.

• Evaluate each key role on the pre-defined compensable factors & arrive at a job worth score. Create relative organization chart equivalence.

• Create the hierarchy of roles and suggest new grades. Validate the fitment of roles using indicative grading of similar roles in the market
