How it works?

If you are a professional,

You will see a tab reading “My Verification” on your dashboard. Clicking on that leads you to a form where you file in your request for verification. You can choose to get “Fully Verified” by opting for both employment/client and reference checks or get “Partially Verified” by opting for any of the two checks. Once the verification is successfully completed, your profile will have a badge featured at the top of your profile indicating that you are a ‘Verified’ professional.
Strengthens a professional’s skill profile and adds credibility by having future clients / companies hear from past ones!

If you are an organisation,

You will be able to see badges against the names and profiles of those professionals for whom background verification has been successfully done. For professionals who are not yet verified, you can opt for conducting their verification before or after contacting them for your assignment.
It will help you make more informed choices about the best professionals for an assignment. Profiles with background verification done, get listed higher, as it’s an important indicator of the authenticity of the profile

Feedback can be initiated for projects done through Flexing It® and others listed on your skill profile. On initiation of the request, a feedback form (View Sample) will be sent to the point of contact identified for the specific assignment. Any feedback you see will appear on your skill profile as additional information.

Note: You will be able to send requests only to individuals on their company email addresses. Also, in case you would like to hide or disregard any piece of feedback you can do that directly for upto 2 reviews that you receive.

Consultants can seek feedback from clients or organisations they have worked with and that are part of your Flexing It profile. Requests to non-work email ids i.e., Gmail, Yahoo are not permitted, and if any clients are using such email options please send us the details to trigger the request.

Also, do ensure that feedback requests are not accidentally initiated to accounts linked to you (e.g., a different email, partners, spouses etc) - users found consciously violating this will be flagged as we wish to ensure all information shared on the platform is accurate.
