Assignment Details

We are looking for a Consultant with experience in Finance to help support our team on an ongoing engagement with understanding of Corporate Finance and/or Transaction Tax. Responsibilities include -
• Advise the team on mergers and acquisitions
• Help the team on activities involved to carve out businesses in terms of customer, vendor, accounting, employee, tax and IT aspects
• Understanding the statutes, regulations and procedures involved in demerger and merger of businesses
• Interact with the client internal teams to liaise and work with them
This is a 2-3 month project

Skills Required

* Must be a CA
* Knowledge of new reporting mechanisms and audit systems
* Experience working on transactions either as part of Corporate Finance team or Transaction Tax
