Assignment Details

We are looking for part time and full time Business Associates for our team. The Business Associate will be expected to participate in Inqubex Consulting assignments, working with Inqubex clients and delivering on expected performance outcomes. It is an exciting time to be part of the Inqubex growth journey and we promise intellectually stimulating and high impact assignments. While our offices are in NCR & Mumbai, the opening is location agnostic.

Skills Required

We prefer strong line HR professionals to be part of our consulting team as they understand the client realities better and deliver "real" solutions. Some of the skills that we are expecting from the Business Associates include:
- HR Functional skills across Talent Management, Compensation, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- People with strong Customer Focus, outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) & self confidence will be preferred
