Our client, a leading Consultancy firm specialising in the Education sector, is seeking an Independent Solutions Delivery Lead. As the Lead Business/Solutions Analyst, you will lead a team of Requirements Analysts and Testers to deliver Custom Bots using AI and Generative AI technology-based solutions for the Education Industry. With expertise in Python, Streamlit programming, and MS Azure-based Cloud solutions, you will drive innovation and process streamlining within the Education sector. Utilizing Scrum/Agile methodologies, this role requires effective client interaction and communication skills to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Requirements Analysts and Testers' work.
Deliver Custom Bots using AI and Generative AI technology for the Education Industry.
Ensure successful project implementation using Python, Streamlit, and MS Azure Cloud platforms.
Manage projects from conception to completion using Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with team members and clients for alignment and project success.
Continuously explore new technologies and approaches to enhance solution delivery in the Education sector.
Note: This is a project-based role for an initial Duration of 8 months and requires the consultant to devote part-time Capacity On-site in Noida.
Skills Required
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Solution Business Analyst.
Proficiency in Python and Streamlit programming.
Expertise in delivering solutions using MS Azure Cloud delivery framework.
Proven leadership experience in technical project environments.
In-depth knowledge and application of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Additional Qualifications:
Project management experience preferred.
Strong communication skills for client interactions.
Ability to innovate and apply AI technologies in the Education Industry.
