Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver hands-on training modules on:
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Power BI for data visualization and analytics
Tableau dashboards and visual storytelling
Excel with advanced functions, Macros, and VBA scripting
SQL and database query writing
Assess the current skill level of employees and customize training content accordingly
Conduct interactive workshops, live demos, and Q&A sessions to enhance tool adoption
Develop learning material, manuals, and reference guides for sustained knowledge
Provide individual and group mentorship to ensure application of skills in projects
Review ongoing digital projects and provide strategic input for successful completion
Track training effectiveness and provide regular progress reports to management
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven expertise in training or hands-on implementation of Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel Macros
Strong analytical mindset with experience in guiding teams on digital transformation initiatives
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills
Prior experience in mentoring or project-based learning environments preferred

Flexing It will be involved end to end right from contracts to invoicing. Once you are finalized, your payment details are transparently laid out in your contract terms with your client and our team actively liaises with the client finance team to ensure timely payments.
We do not charge any fee or commission from you. Your fee quote will be paid out to you in full as per your project contract.
