Assignment Details

Our client, one of the world's leading pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Project Manager to work with Digital Client partners and the business required for Digital solutions tosupport the business processes. The incumbent engages with the respective solution teams to determine solution fit within the current application portfolio. Works with relevant Digital supporting teams per direction from Digital CP’s (Applications, Infrastructure, and Compliance) to determine appropriate course of action to satisfy all business requirements while meeting the local and global rules
and objectives. Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis. Incumbent should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Incumbent also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with Client partners to schedules sessions with business as per need.
• Articulates requirements into a presentable deck
• Create communication to publicize the Digital offerings.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assists with defining of solution scope and development of project plans and budgets.
• Actively monitors the progress and provide timely updates to the business.
• Assists in coordinating testing to demonstrate viability of solutions.
• Participates in the effort to educate clients on the end-to-end nature of solutions.
• Performs research on industry best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Skills Required

- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information
technology/Pharma/Healthcare sector
- Solid techno functional background, with understanding or hands-on experience managing
multiple projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
