Assignment Details
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures that address business requirements and leverage the latest technologies
• Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to implementation and support
• Design and implement integrations with various third-party systems and services to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems and drive innovation
• Implement advanced data analytics solutions to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Design and optimize database architectures to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee and manage vendor relationships, ensuring that third-party deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Create, maintain and review comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, integration plans, and technical specifications.
• Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant industry standards, security policies, and regulatory
requirements.

Skills Required
• Know-how in the technology domain with the latest tools and technologies and how it applies to various business solutions.
• Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with third-party integration platforms and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and big data technologies.
• Expertise in database design and management with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Engineering or equivalent. Advanced degrees are often preferred.
• Total 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 7 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams. Ability to motivate and guide teams toward successful project completion.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience in Health Care Domain
