Assignment Details
Our client, a leading food and agri conglomerate is looking to engage with a Project Manager: Digital Transformation for a 6-month project based out of Mumbai.
The role is a part of the Digital Transformation team and hence candidates who have
worked on Digital projects, solutions and initiatives will be considered
appropriate
Key Areas of Impact:
1. Drive business readiness, business adoption, business value (solution pre-
requisites, solution usage, solution benefits) for Digital projects
2. Facilitate metrics and KPI’s visualization to promote new ways of actively
working (Change Management), enable data-driven decision-making & better
leverage digital solutions
I. Readiness initiatives
- Highlight gaps/provide inputs to respective business stakeholders for
SOPs/process steps/guideline compliance
- Highlight gaps to BU teams for addressing data quality and management
issues
- Work with multiple BU teams in charge of carrying out organizational
readiness, training, communications, and change management for digital
transformation activities/projects
II. Solution roll-out assistance
- Follow up & co-ordinate project milestones, and deliverables across functional
stakeholders.
- Identify areas of opportunity (bugs, fixes, add-ons) based on stakeholder
feedback and reviews
- Track solution adoption (users, feature, process and module-wise)
Performance management communication
- Set up a process to regularly present KPIs for BU stakeholders & operational
team leads
- Ramp up operational teams to interpret, adapt and leverage functional
and BI solutions (training, cross leverage top users vs low adoption users,
build champions, incentivize/recognize users)
- Participate in reviews & governances to capture feedback on KPIs and
reports.

- Theme/Initiative owners for each Business unit
- Digital team
- IT team
- HR engagement team
Ideal profile- Keywords:
Transition management, Project management, Business excellence, Data
analytics, Process mapping, PMO, Program manager, Transformation projects
Skills Required
- High learnability and capability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders across functions and levels;
- Data visualization- self-service tools experience- Power BI/Tableau etc.
- Excel and data analytics (R/Python, SQL)
- Project management methodology, customer-centric approach and
process mapping understanding
