Our client is looking for a Senior Python Developer (Technical Evaluator), to play a crucial role in the hiring process by evaluating the technical skills of Python developer candidates. Leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in Python development, you will assess candidates' proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for various roles within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Technical Evaluation: Conduct thorough technical assessments of Python developer candidates to evaluate their proficiency in key areas such as language syntax, data structures, algorithms, and frameworks.
1. Problem-Solving Assessment: Design and administer coding challenges or exercises to assess candidates' problem-solving skills and ability to apply Python concepts to real-world scenarios.
2. Code Review: Review candidates' code submissions to evaluate code quality, readability, efficiency, and adherence to best practices and coding standards.
3. Communication Skills Assessment: Evaluate candidates' communication skills, including their ability to articulate technical concepts, discuss solutions, and collaborate effectively with team members.
4. Feedback and Reporting: Provide constructive feedback to candidates based on assessment results, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and overall suitability for different roles within the organization.
Skills Required
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Python development.
3. Proven track record of designing and implementing Python-based solutions for complex software projects.
4. Deep understanding of Python programming language fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
5. Experience with popular Python frameworks and libraries such as Django, Flask, NumPy, and pandas.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and debug complex issues in Python code.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
