Assignment Details

Our client, a global specialty generic pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Consultant–HR Operations–Technology. They are are seeking a seasoned HR technology leader to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and platforms. You will work closely with HR COEs, IT teams, and external vendors to lead critical HR tech initiatives including SuccessFactors implementation and support, development of HR dashboards, and deployment of new HR applications. 

 

This role demands strong project management skills, a solid understanding of HR technology landscapes, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable tech solutions. You will also play a key role in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities- 

Lead and manage end-to-end HR technology projects to streamline HR operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Work with internal IT teams and external partners to deploy, configure, and support HR systems and upgrades.

Manage vendor relationships including negotiations, support SLAs, and contract renewals.

Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and compliance while resolving any technical issues.

Design and maintain HR dashboards and generate regular reports to track key HR metrics.

Leverage SuccessFactors for reporting and insights, with hands-on involvement in modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central.

Train HR and business users on system functionalities and best practices.

Analyze organizational data (e.g., attrition, headcount, costs) to identify trends and generate business insights.

Present findings and trends to business stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Skills Required

Deep understanding of HR technology platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Proven project management expertise

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Effective communicator with strong presentation abilities

High adaptability and problem-solving orientation
