Assignment Details
Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company, is looking to engage with an SME for SmartSheet Dashboard & Application Development.
For the client, the SME would work on developing a common dashboard application via the Smartsheet software to track and view their various projects across geographies, which would be accessible by users. The client aims to support their PMOs by standardizing the process for tracking and documentation of all projects across different functions and geographies. The team would be involved in Product Development and Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and Develop a Dashboard/Application via SmartSheet for the organization that primarily works on this software for Project Management.
2. Test the application to standardize the process
3. Train the users and employees, including Project managers to navigate the tool well.
4. Provide any such admin support related to it and support users in creating their own customized reports
5. Develop a customized smartsheet tool that ensures it captures all the operational activities for real-time updates.
This project is for a duration of 3 Months (extendable) and requires the SME team to devote Full/Part Time Capacity in a Remote Model.
Skills Required
• Strong experience using Smartsheet, certifications preferred
• Understanding of Project Management processes and tools – including planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management frameworks, change control frameworks, sign-off procedures
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. lookup formulas, pivots, charts)
• Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
• Genuine interest in new technology and its applications
• Fluent English skills (verbal and written, able to write process documents or operating procedures)
• Pharmaceutical industry experience/knowledge
• Understanding of software development lifecycles gained by working in a structured project environment
• Knowledge of MS Project or similar planning tool – desirable
• Experience delivering training to other users
• Experience working in a technical support, financial and/or project environment
• Experience of working in an IT Helpdesk environment would be beneficial
