Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking an Independent SmartSheet Implementation & Administration Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting project management processes through the effective utilization of Smartsheet within the company. This role encompasses administration, support, training, and customization of the Smartsheet tool to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the Manager will assist in project oversight and administration tasks as part of a wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain Blue Prints to standardize key project elements.
- Develop standard reports and dashboards, and assist users in creating customized reports.
- Manage project setup and closure using Control Center.
- Administer user access and security settings.
- Provide Smartsheet training and support to project teams.
- Resolve user support requests and identify system improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc project work as required.
- Act as a Smartsheet subject matter expert within a global team.
- Deliver training and orientation on Smartsheet usage to project teams.
- Resolve issues with Smartsheet reports, formulas, and dashboards.
- Support changes to Smartsheet standard reports/objects and liaise with Smartsheet experts.
- Utilize strong knowledge or experience in Excel, including macro writing.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes and methodology guidelines.
- Support teams in maintaining project plans and information.
- Manage creation and access to project tools and information, including MS Teams.

Note: This is a project-based role that requires Full-time Remote support for a duration of 3 month(s).

Skills Required

Experience using Smartsheet.
Understanding of project management processes and tools.
Good Excel skills (e.g., lookup formulas, pivots, charts).
Analytical skills for working with operating and financial data.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
Genuine interest in new technology and its applications.

Preferred (but not Essential):

Smartsheet Certifications.
Pharmaceutical industry experience/knowledge.
Understanding of software development lifecycles.
Knowledge of MS Project or similar planning tools.
Fluent English skills (verbal and written).

Minimum 3 years of work experience in a PMO position or support team.
Experience delivering training to other users.
Experience working in virtual team-oriented, multinational environments.
Experience in technical support, financial, or project environments.
Experience working in busy environments balancing multiple tasks.

Preferred (but not Essential):

Experience of working in an IT Helpdesk environment.
Experience of working with large or complex spreadsheets.
Experience in organizing clear and easy-to-navigate documentation and information repositories.
